What are you seeing?
Short description: it is the previous years area, as you describe it, shifted six feet toward the table.

Longer description: The width is from top of the key to top of the key. It's depth is from the foul lane line nearest the table to where the three point line intersects the endline, or about 3-5 feet from the table-side sideline.
