End of the Auburn/Georgia game, the wideout catches the long pass, has the ball knocked out of his hands at the 5 yard line, it rolls in the end zone. It looked to me like, while the ball was bouncing in the end zone, the WR who fumbled it was standing with one foot OOB (in the end zone) and his hand touched the ball. I think the guys on the field missed that he touched it. (It was then recovered by another Auburn player in the EZ, NCAA rules - Auburn ball at spot of fumble)

Assuming the WR did touch it, what would be the result - (High School Federation Rules please)?

Without looking at the books, the ball should be dead as soon as the WR touches it. I'm thinking touchback.

What says the rest of ya?
