there is some contact info on the site. It has tab for the officials and there are some contact numbers.
You could also try to contact Steve Braslin (
[email protected]) or Mike Bullen (
[email protected]), they are area directors for basketball.
I am sure someone out there has better info, but this could be a good place to start.
