Juulie, I cannot imagine that a happily married woman in 2005 would not know how to make her displeasure known in no uncertain terms.

But, if you need some words try this:

"Hey pard, you're f@ckin' this up big time, you should take my advice."

(Notice I used the apostrophe to lessen the blow.)
