Okay, two years are in the books and I feel like I finally have a handle on where the hell to stand and how to blow the whistle (though, unfortunately, not when).

I really want to add a firm grasp of the rule book over the offseason (or try to).

What's the best way to go about it? I can read the rule book and the case book, but should I just go front to back, spend a month on a section, what?

It's not like there's a lot of high school video around to be studied in the offseason, though I'd do that if I could.

Any suggestions as to how I can best start getting the rulebook and unusual situations down over the next eight months or so would be greatly appreciated.
