1. It is very important for the crew to be comfortable/confident with each other.
2. Set the tone early.
3. Use the POE for #2
4. Take care of off-ball; screeners, post play, body checking
5. Communicate clearly with partners and coaches/players when needed.
6. It is very important that we are right when we blow our whistle under 2 minutes (in the game). Teams can't recover from our mistakes at this point.
