Only one question. Why did you let the foul turn into an intentional? You had two opportunities to call a common foul before the jersey grab. Sure they wanted to stop the clock but it sounds like they were doing so with an aggressive defensive play (bump) that went uncalled. Only then did they escalate to the jersey grab.
It happened in less than a second. She was trying to foul and just got carried away. They hadn't been fouling slightly and I didn't call it. She just went in grabbing and yanking all at once.
Thanks for the explanation. That point wasn't clear in the original post.
