My view enforce the IFF BR out and bring runner back to 3rd as umpire calling her out made her abandon base .

Rule the IFF after the play and place the runners back on 1st & 2nd. If R1 made it to 3rd safely, then leave that runner there. However, the "non-call" could have confused the defense as much as R1.
