This story is getting worse and worse the more I find on it. Now I learn he is a starter on JV and has been all year. So there are different rules for JV and varsity in Ohio or Fed ball???
And he had even played in 3 previous games prior to the one in question. That means that other officials up there had seen him and , unless they are different than officials I am accustomed to, they would have talked informally among themselves and the crew that had the game would have known in advance what they were going to confront.
