If the infielder drops the infield fly and R1 or R2 are put out on the force at the base to which they are advancing, enforce the infield fly rule, call the Batter-Runner out and return R1 and R2 to their respective bases. If all runners including the batter-runner advance safely on a routine infield fly that was dropped, do not enforce the infield fly."
Try this in your next game. But make sure your insurance is paid up to date. This is one of the dumbest ideas I've read on these boards yet. You can't call the IF fly retroactively because of what happens.
