In the Black culture, women are more respected in authority positions, so a lot of Blacks dont have so much trouble believing that I could do an adequate job. Not that I never have any trouble with black individuals; of course, I do just as I do sometimes with Caucasian, Latino, Asian, and Native American individuals.
