Thank you for putting things into perspective. Here at work, we were talking about the price of gas going up and up. And like you said, at least I can be grateful today that I too have a car and a house to go to.
My thoughts and prayers certainly go out to those affected by the hurricane.

I'm a bit south of the 6 buck/gallon gouging which went on in Atlanta, but still had to pay $3.25/gallon for gasoline.
Guess what I got to do with mine? Yep, drive 80 miles on Tuesday to call an 11 inning 5-4 varsity game, probably the best game I'll get to see this season, it was fun! (actually gas then was "only" $2.71/gal). I have just returned tonight from another...this one again 5-4 but only took 8 innings. Not quite as good a game as Tuesday, but fun still.
Seeing the devastation in LA, MS, and AL I can totally agree with you Serg, and Sara. I have nothing to complain about at all!
We have ALL been affected by Katrina, but those who have lost family and all they own need our support as well as prayers and sympathy.
