Team A wishes to call a time-out: (d) the head coach has been ejected.
Ruling: the game cannot continue until a responsible person is assigned as the "new" head coach and only the "new" head coach can request a time-out.

Ruling: the game cannot continue until a responsible person is assigned as the "new" head coach, but this person shall not be permitted to request a time-out.
