I really like the ARS but I have seen some mistakes. I like to take the tests, if I get somthing wrong I can click a button and open it up right to the page in the rulebook. It has the casebook and simplified built in. It also allows you to specify what you want to be tested on, you can select rules, grouping and even take previous years test or just in random order. It keeps track of what you've gotten wrong so you can even take a test with all the ones you've gotten wrong. MJT covered the penalty enforcement feature which is pretty cool but does have the flaw he listed. Overall I'd say its a pretty good product and I'll probably buy it next year.
