In East it's on the main page a few scrolls down
In West theres a LARGE UNDERSCORED article (2005 REGIONAL UMPIRES SELECTED) on the main page with a "click here" to see the list.
In South there is an announcement ("2004 Regional and World Series Umps from Southern Region")
on the page link I gave and you have to download the handout.
I did misread the Central one - it just announces that the assignments have been made.
