In your sitch, the BI creates a Delayed Dead Ball - up to the point that the outcome of the catcher's immediate attempt to retire the stealing runner is proved one way or the other.
If his immediate attempt does not result in the runner being retired, the play is killed and the BI is enforced.
In your sitch, (assuming the batter had not struck out on the pitch - (acknowledgement to LDUB)), the batter would be out and both runners returned to their TOP bases.
