Yes, Dan_Ref, it should have been...but from the behavior I have witnessed this week, I wonder if ANYBODY has any concern for these kids...that includes the parents who entrust their sons to coaches like this (and there is no shortage of similar coaches in this tourney)...more appaling than any high school games I've done. And thanks for that rule clarification Jim.
