1) B may decline the penalty and it would be half time. Or they can accept the penalty and get the safety. Then we extend for one untimed down for the free kick.
2) We have kick catch interference. One of the options under that penalty is an awarded fair catch at the spot of the foul. Because of the foul during the last timed down we will extend for one untimed down. Because the untimed down will be the first play after the awarded fair catch a free kick for a field goal is allowed.
