Play 1: Decline - ball goes to the A-7, and the half is over; or Accept - safety, 2 points for B, and the period is extended for an untimed free-kick.
Play 2: Accepting an awarded fair catch is considered the same as accepting the yardage penalty. Assuming that the penalty took place in or beyond the neutral zone...R's ball, and they may free kick from the spot of the awarded fair catch during an untimed extension of the period.
