I timed my first NCAA game yesterday, and just had three quick questions on clock restarts.
First, after a timeout for substitutions, does the clock start on the referee's "play" command, or when the ball is in the field of play?
Second, on kickoffs, does the clock start on the referee's whistle or on the kick?
Last, when the clock is stopped for a penalty kick, when is it restarted?
