16 year old State Babe Ruth tournament. Brutally hot and humid. Still tied in the bottom of the tenth inning. Two outs, runner on second. Relief pitcher does at best a bare minimum stop. I didn't call anything. Two pitches later, he blatantly rolls through the stop. I balk him, send runner to third. Two pitches later, he does it again. And home we go!
These were obvious. It would have been malpractice not to call them.
