I happened to like Rich's article. As he pointed out with a few examples and like Roder pointed out enmasse there are a number of problems with the OBR rule book. As Tee pointed out in his article I wish they included Jim Evans in fixing it but I will somewhat hold full comment on that until they come out with these supposed changes. I will be somewhat patient with the changes as I seriously doubt that they will fix everything at one time. Maybe a Fed thing with a few changes a year.
