Don't know about LL, but in many sets of rules:

Your scenario, and grammar (j/k), are a bit sketchy, but that is not the way BOO works. You must catch it after the wrong batter completes their turn at bat and before a pitch to the next batter. And you can only get one out if you do that.

It is not a protestable issue unless the protest is lodged during the play in question.
