Hmmmmm,

I must be remembering wrong.

I thought there was a SPECIFIC difference in the rulings.

As I remember it (and I could be very wrong this time):

FED = If a ball lands in the area behind a direct line between first and third and some how rolls back to foul ground INSIDE that line, the ball is FAIR.

OBR = If a ball lands in the area behind a direct line between first and third and some how rolls back to foul ground INSIDE that line, the ball is FOUL.

Now I need to look into this further but that is how I REMEMBER the discussion from previous threads.

AGAIN, I could be mistaken on this one.
