I'm currently teaching at the school from which I graduated, and we have the following "Code of Athletic Conduct."

Students should always . . . honor visiting teams, officials, and spectators as guests and treat them as such. . . . They shall confine the competitiveness of the game to the field, and in particular behave properly on the sidelines and in the locker rooms both before and after the games.

This is the same school where, about 5 years ago, the AD said that students should be respectful as fans, but could boo at the referees. If only the search feature was working, I could pull up that post.
