I've added a page to the Gallery section of the Softball Umpires site with the pictures that were posted here a while back illustrating how to fold a hat.
I've forgotten who posted the pics (and since search doesn't work on this board, I'm too lazy to go paging back to find it), but if you would let me know, I'll be happy to credit you on the site.
