Yes, by your description, you got it right. The only thing you
might have done wrong (in a game management sense, not a correct call sense) is the point Mike made -- if you called the OBS only after the out, you have a credibility / indecision issue with the defensive coach.
Guys, the way I am reading this does not require a superhuman F1 (uhh... I meant F2) nor a superslow runner. If the runner had to run wide enough due to the catcher's movement, and the play was not THAT far up the line, and the catch was received just after the runner was impeded, then F2 would have a closer shot to the plate than the runner.
