I am a LL Ump & while Jonny was at bat the 3rd base coach(Mgr} called time to discuss the stradegy.This went on 2 more times to Johnny & to other players during the game.Is there any rules to limit the number of offensive time outs per inning? If there is I will be sure to mention it in the pre game.
