Huh? 30 second shot clock is used in HS, with no 10-second rule. Not sure what you mean.

The AAU girls tournaments for high school age players and even younger use a shot clock and NCAA W rules. That is just what the AAU organization decided to do.

Also, some states use a shot clock for NFHS games. I know that in CA both boys and girls have a shot clock and the girls do not have a 10 second count in the backcourt.
