Joel,

I believe the NFHS rule book is one of the hardest rule books to understand. They need to go to a grocery store and learn how they associate products with one another and apply that philosophy to their rule book.

Of course, I'm a bit prejudiced, but I think ASA's book is relatively simple to read and understand compared to the rest.
