Today I had a day of JV controlled scrimmages, 2 officials on each field, half the time you were the ref, half the time you were the ump. It was pretty cool to ref, I've never done it before and it was fun.
It was really interesting, I was sort of nervous but I had a good ump, a college official, who set me straight

Also, it seems that every time I'm on this field I have bad luck, I was running downfield and all of a sudden, I feel a force on my back and next thing I know I'm sliding accross the field.
Thank God my association only does two days of football a year at that field.
