My memory may be a little but off, but.....
Didn't Gaze jet into Seton Hall in 1989 and register as a 24 year-old junior who had already played in 2 Olympics? And a coupla days after Seton Hall's last game in the NCAA tournament that year, he was on another plane headed right back home to Australia? He not only didn't stay at Seton Hall for the year, he was barely there for the one semester IIRR. I believe Seton Hall got investigated by the NCAA over this one-- the rumor at that time was that Gaze got paid
really well under the table for his one semester.
Iow, his time had Seton Hall shoulda been included in the "professional" part of his career on his resume.
