It looked it may have been a travel. That video is not clear enough to tell with any certainty when the ball was actually caught. It doesn't necessarily take 2 hands on the ball to catch it. The catch appeared preceed the jump, after which one foot came down followed by the other. It appeared to be a travel...but I wouldn't bet on it given the video clarity.
