I would like to say that even though we are all umpires, we are not always 100% correct. We need to let the players have a say once in a while. NOT ALWAYS. If for instance the player hits the glove and the catcher says yes she did. WHY should we argue that we didn't see it. Now if the catcher said no she didn't then WE are the deciding factor!!
I feel we have to remember that there are 2 sides to each story and if both sides disagree then we are the deciding vote.
