If any player leaves his sideline to participate in a fight he is disqualified. It appears to me that the other teams entire team was involved in the fight so they are all disqualified. With all players disqualified there isn't any way they can play the game so the game is suspended. The President of the league is the one who determines who the victor not the Refs.
