Because (1) there is no evidence whatsoever of steroid use by Nomar and (2) there really are no revelations in that article.

What a hatchet job of sports "journalism". He's been injured a lot in the last 5 years. He musta been juiced before that. How often do steroids cause wrist injuries? I admit that I was a Nomar flag-waver and was sorry to see him go, even when he was pouting and sitting out. But I don't think there's any reason to give this guy's comments any credence at all.

If Nomar's injury keeps him out for the season, it does make one thing perfectly clear however. The Cubbies will finally win the World Series!
