In a little league game a player was inserted into the lineup but was injured during the in-between innings warmup.This player was taken out and a replacement player put in.If there are no eligible players on the bench,doesn't the opposing team get to select who goes in out of the bench players?Also, can the injured player be put in as a "special runner" prior to completing and being removed from line-up his required playing time? If this game was suspended would the injured player be required to enter the line-up immediately,if healthy,when the game is resumed?
