Please note that brownpop is just loaded with sodium and potassium. Also note that I have never, ever collapsed during a marathon, and I've watched quite a few of them.

But, oddly enough, over-consumption of brown pops can lead to many of the same outcomes: feeling dazed and confused, nausea, grogginess, weight gain and, in extreme cases, even death. Best to limit your consumption, even if you're only watching the race

You don't have those symptoms if you set the flow rate of the pump properly.
