I've never used that one before, but like the saying says: "be careful, you get what you pay for". I have used the Men's lightweight chest protector for over 10 years and really like it. It offers the solid shoulder and collarbone protection. (It's on the ASA website for $39.99).
As for the bicep protectors, I used them my first year and threw them away. They are really not needed unless you have some kind of condition that might warrant the use of them. If you set up in the slot, you will rarely get hit there.
