And you are wrong (sort of) . . .

I post this stock answer about 15 times a year during FED season:

1) Federation Rules are only on line to schools that are paid members of The National Federation of High Schools.

2) Fed does not post their rules because the nominal cost (per each)of the books (Rules, Case and Umpire Manual) is a major source of income for Fed.

3) Fed does not conduct National Championships therefore all monies collected for state championships goes to the state organization.

4) Fed books in all sports are available to any member of the general public. Just go to NFHS.org and place an order.
