Mike,
Had my left knee done four years ago. Tore the meniscus somehow in the first ten minutes of a two game soccer double header. I was stupid enough to go ahead and work the centers for both games. The next day I had 32cc of fluid drained off and spent some time on crutches. I had surgery about a month later - both sides of the knee. It wasn't too bad. I used the Cyrocuff religiously and kept it elevated. I also did EVERYTHING the physcial therapists told me too. I was refereeing the center of a high school soccer game 30 days to the day from surgery. I'm afaraid that you will notice a sharp increase in arthritis in that knee within two years, though. That's the downside of the surgery. I wear a Futuro Sport neoprene sleeve knee brace on both knees to keep them warm during every game - even volleyball. That helps A LOT! I sometimes use the cyrocuff after games, too. Also, make sure your shoes are very well padded next fall. I have found the Reebok Dura DMX Walkers to be the best for me. Will pray things go well for you. Rev
