NFHS 6.2.2: no tape on contact points of pitching hand.

Logic would say that this is not tape. Tape would increase the friction of the contact points, whereas a bandaid would provide less friction than the bare hand.

However, absent any official interpretation (is bandaid a tape?), I normally require the pitcher to remove the bandaid or play another position until the injury heals.
