I am currently a LL Ump, & I am studying to do High School Games.
I just recieved The 2001 Baseball Rule Difference.
Under what set of rules does LL fall under, is it OBR?
Also if Bob is the proper batter, but Paul bats in his place & he grounds out, & the defense appeals does Paul's out stand or is Bob out & Paul bats again?
