At least that is how I read Chuck's original play. B1 is inbounds in the frontcourt and throws an errant pass which is heading OOB.

That wasn't my point. I was saying that if there wasn't at least three feet of clearance on the sideline, you shouldn't penalize a player in that situation for being on the court walking if they are within three feet of the barrier. My reasoning is that we agree three feet of clearance is proper for the playing of the game.
