Ok here is the situation as best I can recall
1 out....Stated
R1 on B3
R2 on B2
Batter hits a grounder to F6 who holds runners and gets BR @ B1 (was close play).
second out
I was watching the play at B1 and didnt see the call by the BU because he is in 3.. and then it starts because all the runners are starting to run.
We have a close play at home (R1 safe), which takes my focus, then a close play at B3 (he is still in 3) he takes the call and its out (2 outs)..
Third Out Rest is history.
