I'm sorry, I have been out of the loop for a few years. Fed Rules Clinic next week and I have put in a request for an ASA book yesterday and ordered a Fed CD from the Athletic Rules-Study folks... Soon I will be armed to the teeth! But for now....

I take it that it's ok to block at the plate but not on the bases?

Cannot block any base without the ball if there is an immediate play.

No, ASA Rule Book is not on-line...Changes are, so if you have the 04
Book, go from there.
