We've talked about this sitch before, and I just don't see this as flagrant. Unsportsmanlike, yes. It clearly fits the definition "unfair, unethical or dishonorable conduct" (4-19-13, from last year's book). But, in my opinion, it is not "extreme, persistent, vulgar or abusive" (4-19-4).
Whack and move on. Coach stays.
