Had something similar..only it was HC
NFHS rules...
Post Christmas boys JV tournament. Team A is up by 1 pt, 1:45 left in the 4th. B misses a shot & A gets the rebound - guard brings it up the floor along the side line adjacent to the benches, and as he dribbles past B's bench, the HC deliberately reaches out & slaps the ball away. I was trail coming up that line about 10-15' behind the play & saw the whole thing clearly - whack, flagrant T on B's HC. In my opinion the conduct was so outrageously unsportsmanlike that the flagrant was well justified.
