Did they change the rule last year? I can't find this year's rule book, but in my 2003-3004 book, on page 67, summary of penalties for all fouls, #6.

Dumb me!
Over a dozen years ago I called a multiple foul on a kid shooting a three and gave him 4 shots.
I thought I had kicked the call by giving him 4 shots.
Maybe I did, maybe I didn't.
I don't remember ever reading that before.
That is simply inexcusable.
...But I'm smarter that I was.
