I left my freaking Casebook in the dressing room at last night's game . . . so, if you would . . .

A couple years ago the interpretation changed on catching the tap, as I remember. It was that, if you caught the tap, the other team got the ball and the arrow (you gained control, thus they had the arrow, THEN you violated by having caught the tap, so they got the ball).

This was (rightly, I think) seen as too onerous, and now the ruling is 'they get the ball, you get the arrow'.

Assuming I am not simply out of my mind - stop cheering over there - what is the reference on this, please?
